Supporting a child with dyslexia requires patience, advocacy, emotional energy, and resilience. It can be deeply meaningful work, and it can also feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating homework struggles, school meetings, emotional ups and downs, or simply the daily mental load of caregiving or teaching, this space was created for you.

Stronger Together is designed to help you build sustainable resilience using evidence-based occupational therapy principles. Over the next five weeks, you will gain practical strategies to manage stress, strengthen your confidence, and prevent burnout while learning tools you can immediately apply in your daily routines.

This course is not about doing more.
It’s about supporting you so you can continue doing what matters with clarity, calm, and confidence.
